It covers the design, manufacture and testing of pipeline valves. ISO 14313 and TS EN 13942 are standards of the same scope.

Both define the face-to-face dimension of the valve. EN 558 is used for European series valves and ASME B16.10 for API series valves.

API 6FA, API 607, ISO 10497 and BS 6755 Part 2 are fire test standards.

To TS EN 331 and TS 9809. Valves complying with these standards are used as distribution and service valves in natural gas, LPG and flammable gas installations.
